The National Union of Transport Equipment and Allied Industries Workers (NUTEAIW) embarked on a significant initiative to elevate its collective bargaining capabilities. This endeavor involved active participation in a specialized training session conducted by Industrial ALL Global Union, aimed at empowering NUTEAIW representatives with strategic negotiation skills and valuable insights.
The joint agreement course, organized by IndustriALL, spanned 2 days and took place at the Armad Hotel Petaling Jaya. The course saw active participation from all unions under the umbrella of IndustriALL, with NUTEAIW sending five (5) representatives to engage in this enlightening experience.
The training session focused on equipping NUTEAIW representatives with advanced skills and knowledge in the art of collective bargaining. Participants delved into strategic negotiation techniques, gaining insights that are crucial for effective representation in bargaining processes.
